HLV Film City, which was conceptualised by Mr. Hitesh Lucky Verma, an up-and-coming young icon, promises to enthral everyone with its cinematic magic. Having recently returned from the Canada, he undoubtedly felt the need to contribute to Punjab's youth's infrastructure development. Due to this, he came up with the concept for HLV Film City, which is located in Kharar's Village Bhukhri, just minutes from the main highway but far enough to avoid the chaos. The concept of HLV Film City was conceptualised with the intention of advancing young film directors, producers, and actors to bring out innovative thoughts and ideas. The indefatigable zeal to bring out and promote the best of talent in the film industry is what drives the HLV Film City.
